can`t find Glowing Blob

I searched Travincal and Durance of Hate Level 1-2, rebooted the game 15 times and i don`t found this blob can be this what the mistake or bug?

They dont spawn every time, rerun till they do. Oh and only nightmare/hell.

You'll find it, keep searching

Keep rerunning. Eventually they'll spawn in Act 3 Travincal or Durance on Nightmare or Hell difficulties.

It's the hardest one probably. I found 5 clawstorm in act 1 on single run and 0 in act 3 during few runs
