Yshari can drop any item including GR's, except EC's I believe, since its a crafting agent. It'd be like a monster dropping an AC.

Drops are tied to monster type I'm almost positive since you can find grs off hardliners in ta. So my guess is no eternal ghosts= no ec

Well. Yshari can drop anything including GR's, but I think EC's are site specific to ghosts in the void maps.

Yeah but yshari mobs don't appear anywhere else in the game right? So I think it's still pretty likely that drops are tied to monster type.
