Yes, i recall having two different bloodlust icons on amazon skill bar with shamanka equiped. But in that case i believe one overwrites the next. So was suprised to see such thing in new version. Anyways you can add extra panel to this meme with "2019 - Samael over 19s ? omg u sux learn to play nub"

It was reported already in the first week if I remember correctly. I‘m pretty sure it‘ll be fixed next season.

Edit: nope i just checked,gained 40% spell dmg from abusing this bug

Well heres the issue though ive found on my Stormzon...
That double Bloodlust shit seems almost random.. I can not for the life of me activate the Double Bloodlust on command.. Not without just wasting a bunch of time for it still randomly happen. However it does happen a lot so typically in any play session over 20 mins ill just end up with the buff twice after a while.
And yes i use an Offhand Swap for beefier BL Buff which coincidentally was when i started getting the buff twice. So it does have something to do with Weapon Swap. And it is indeed Stacking according to the stat sheet. But again ive noticed this since i got that swap on my Zon and after litteraly hours of messing with it still cant figure out how to consistently get the double buff on command first try though.
But after lots of testing it seems like its giving me the Standard BL Buff without the extra damage from the swap then also gives me the version with the weapons swap damage bonus as well. Like i said i can mess with it enough to get it activate but i cant figure out exactly what im doing to cause it either..
