It was reported already in the first week if I remember correctly. I‘m pretty sure it‘ll be fixed next season.

Oskill Bloodlust does not activate Blood Fury.
on sheet the Damage only stacks (it is 10% in case of phys/mag from innate). However some people reported that the damage they dealt were actually lower with the double buff but that might just be some weird impression.
-Actually this double buff was possible in 2017 as well and was reported afaik - edit: (sorry that's bullshit) edit
The scaling of this oskillls MotW and Bloodlust is weird in general. For example you can still get more elemental Spell damage as a dual Motw axe barb than a druid with all possible +xx% elemental Damage to Motw items. I think those skills haven't been touched for a long time....
