What does approved even mean? You can check the speed quite easily for yourself by following these steps:

1) Download mad wolf 1 video from youtube.
2) Open in any decent video player and go to 00:29s:00 mark. It is a 30fps video.
3) Play frame-by-frame and count attacks for 1 second.

By my count he manages to get off 13 attacks, if you count the one right at 29s 00frames, or 12 if you don't. Since d2 actually works at 25fps the number of attacks would actually be less: 11 or 10 per second. What that works out to is a LOT more attacks than the 7fpa advertised in speed calc.

The best part about using the 29 second mark as a reference is that BPR has just teleported and does not manage to finish a melee swing (which misses) until the 30th second, so we don't have any FHR animation interfering.

it means that i used the setup he wrote - a wolf is actually incredibly fast, i remember having speed between 20 and 30 hits each second back in the days when battling in open bnet was still fun

Technically it's not a bug. Clod morphs (wolf & bear) attack speed behave in a special way where weapon speed has a huge impact in the attacking speed.

Speedcalc should supposedly calculate this. The sections at the top - "Meleeonly morph" and "Mainhand weapon parameters" are exactly for this purpose but do not appear to be working as expected. There is a similar behavior with whirlwind/windform, where only %IAS from the weapon itself increases the speed of the attacks.

So far the only bug that ive found when using it is on the Binding of Baal, dont go over 130% IAS with that sword otherwise you cant kill anybody there once you morph to Baal. you can attack them but you will deal no damage :lol:

wolf druid need to experience a big nerf anyway, im sure we can expect this for mxl2016

i know but the sword is somewhat steroids for the Wolf,
