Why i can`t transmute 5 Evil eye of the Clawstorm, all dropped from Hell to add bonuses to class charm ? Nothing happens

are all 5 of them different ?

Combat speed? What all does it apply to?

If I started this question.. those tokens can be farm and farm to add unlimited bonuses or once per difficulty ?
