my max poison resist is at %81 currently and stacked resists is %337. being that nothing else but poison effects me? Still not sure at what point in the game u are, but u don't need more stacked res, but more max resist is good. U can have as much as 90% max res, eventhough it's not really needed, ...

you can roll literally every item for poison resist and have lets say for fun a stacked poison reduce at %12000 it don't do jack s***t. get hit with poison instant drain don't matter what your stats are. second how is it that in areas ice creatures dealing cold all the sudden bamm your poisoned? do...
