Are we still putting points in Consecration since it halves Holy Fire damage? This question is for the Phys build only.

I used a Throwing Axe to level for most of Act 1. It's so much better than using pretty much any normal weapon. You can also try the RW Cheetah with it as it's pretty cheap/easy to make and has good stats. Shark is also pretty good I guess, but probably not on a Throwing Axe.

Just FYI, this is in Single Player. I will try to do a few more runs later.

There is no way to enable it, to my knowledge.

It's also not required any longer due to the leveling rework, you will get to around level 60 in players 1 just completing all areas and killing all monsters by the end of Normal. Haven't completed Nightmare yet.

Mouse 5, but note that if you don't disable it you will stutter step/run every now and then due to regenerating stamina.

I have not seen one drop yet in Normal, but that could just be RNG.

You have to use components to take care of energy regen, Ectoplasm, Arcane Spark etc. Other than that caster gear often has energy regen tacked on, and there are always certain skills, devotions etc that proc energy leech or increase energy regen by flat/%.
