Which bonuses from Blood Hated Barb skill last the duration and which only modify the actual BH attack?

Just came back after a long break-

Is unholy melee viable now? How much AR is required to have good (85%) hit rate on everything, counting the baked in ignore target's defense from Possession?
Does the melee attack need to hit to trigger spell effects like lemures and blood thorns?

When you look at a barb setup that costs less than 100 tg and can whip samael like a red headed stepchild (strongest boss in the game), it certainly looks overtuned.

Cheese or not, I'm not sure they intended the most difficult content to be trivialized so easily.

Seems like a few builds in the game can use certain skills and -enemy fire/lightning resist and wipe bosses effortlessly with cheap gear and no issues. Were bosses meant to be made so easy with this type of cheese tactic or is this unintended and will be nerfed later?

I still think Diablo 1 holds up incredibly well.

Cant wait to get to 125.. seems like on my Zon thats where things really start to come together for endgame. Around that point if you kept up with Charms as you went as much as possible charms alone is HUGE stuff for builds ive found. Especially if you upgraded into your endgame gear by this point ...
