The Mystic Orb +6 Maximum Damage, at least for Javelin class weapons, does not apply the damage to the weapon's information sheet, and only appears to affect the throw damage. It still adds to the level requirement.

How does Vampiric Icon actually work? I've been playing around with it, and it's not clear that it does anything. There's an old thread asking about this as well ( https://forum.median-xl.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=31805 ), but I'm still not seeing any effect - feels like a waste of a reward skill.

If your other problems are similar to keypad 0 and insert swapping, it sounds like the problem happens when you toggle numlock. Do some testing to find out if toggling numlock permanently or temporarily unassigns the hotkey.

Will this tool be updated to be compatible with Sigma? With the loss of PlugY shared stash, it would be really nice to be able to transfer items between characters using this tool. Or can you use permed TCP/Ip games to transfer, just like on realm?

From my experience, though I can't say this for sure, the most sought after affixes (like ctc Stormblast on gloves) have a much lower probability of rolling, so the rng is further weighted against you.

The high end crafting is absolutely a grind, which is just not for everyone.
