How do i get plugy to work without reinstalling everything? Is there a way?

I just logged on after a couple of days, i looked in my inventory i had no ring in one of my ring slots. I looked in my inventory and my Empyrean Band ring said "Required level 746"! I had not modified it before or after i logged on, and there were noticeable no more mos than before on it....

I've been farming TA, k3k, fautz and cow lvl for the past few days and i just find it impossible to get the set/ su gear i need. What do i do, use shrine crafts?

I didn't use Jitan's Gate for vanity. I blinked using Pax Mystica over to the room where crystal ball is without trpping nuns and stormblasted it down and let ctcs and dots do the work when i did die.

should i use ort runes? they give +% to lightning spell dmg. or should i use a good ornate craft?

I have one more problem. i found two good ammys. they both have -10% enemy light res, one has +14 to lightning arena, the other one has a reanimate and 1% ctc banish on striking. Which should i choose.
