Although new "angelcraft" does not say much here, it´s pretty clear, it boost phys builds and phys conversion builds remarkably. Bow builds will not have to fish for "200ed and 300 max dmg" crafts only ( VERY frustrating and tedious process) or for max rolled Ice Breaker.

I cubed 3 paragons at lvl 150 ( one leveled with all rewards, other two - bypassed rewards paragons) and every time got 1 jewel of luck as a reward.
