In Game settins: Toggle item pickup In D2Stats: Automaticaly enable /nopickup Try to change this settins and see if it will help. https://i.imgur.com/Lujo5t4.png so it will let me pick up items, but it won't let me attack with the left click button if the "show items" is enabled
