I use an Eth Mente Scura on my 1H Melee Nec and I'm doing okay.

Defiler looks like BiS although I'm not sure about the morph (never tried it). I never bothered with eth xis RWs because I already have an Eth Mente Scura, but you have a lot of choices if you have a good eth base ready.

To be fair Raptor+Shield or even TU+Shield does the same. The thing about DW in my personal opinion is i dont find it worth it simply because damage is never going to be the issue anyway. It's a oskill using bows. For this build, you won't be using the bonuses activated with Tantrum.
