All 2h innate Elemental Weapons got a Buff this patch.

Unfortunatly, the Runeword Atlacamani (in Scythes) still has a 40% Dex Base, even though it is a 2h Weapon. It is hard enough to get all pierce, so maybe buff the RW too.

Ilvl 99 Mask, which according to the game guide is a "special helm". The other base would be a Bone Helm.

I used 300 shrines and did not roll Balefire once, plenty of other Oskills. Am I just unlucky?
