1st: Do you wear another item that locks out ranged skills? 2nd: Did you skill another passive or used another buff on sorc tree that locks out ranged skills (check the sorc melee tree and Baneblade Uber skill comes to my mind) For further investigation: IS your char maybe old and kind of corrupted...

anyone know why my lvl 120 SP sorc cannot use ice bolt nova ? the skill i have from crafted armor , its inactive , i do not use melle devotion

got bit over 340 hour playtime - besides from Sescheron Distroyer (Scolgs Boss) and Baal Quest i got 1 Relic = Bremmtown Killed Sescheron Distroyer around 50 times got = 2 Relic (Edit from here : its now over 75 kills still found 2 relics [over 25 Kills without one relic drop now in last two days] ...
