Why do the Reflex bow craft examples in the main post have 700%++ dexterity damage bonus when Sacred Reflex bows in game are 132% ?

What are the skills we put into now that Mold the Flesh is gone?

I can't edit the level of any of my characters. The only things I can change are respec'ing stats or skills. I can't edit anything else.

Mod data is 2.10.2

I am also having the same issue now. I had no issues with the launcher before the 2.0 drop. I've tried restarting my computer, the launcher, running things as administrator, nothing works so far.
