Is there somewhere to see the relics? I don't see them on the game guide and just want to see what they all do

will the the uber quest with the new unique relics be available in the new patch?

Any build is really viabl but apoc is speed/range (full screen lock) cold is damage but low range

Does anyone have a table for its damage based off energy?
also is it effected by lightening spell damage or spell focus? or only energy
