What are the optimal break points i want to hit for a trap sin?

Increased Attack Speed?
Faster Hit Recovery?
Faster Block Rate?
Faster Cast Rate?

Hi would u happen to have an AHK script for the buffs?
it seems i let my buffs drop off and that is what kills me 90% of the time.
