Every time I download D2Stats Chrome says it's dangerous and eats it. It ends up in my Recycle Bin. I run Norton on it and it says it's ok. Then I run Advanced System Care Ultimate on it and it says it's got a virus and eats it. There is no .exe file in the download. Test.bat works but does nothing...

But mana regen helps too if you have Radiance, getting Baal sleep maybe a good idea (for 50% mana regen).
