Should not Ways passives work like this: "minoin base damage*minion damage" + "ways damage * (minions damage + ways spell damage)" then pierce corresponding resists to "way" element?

Summon assasin pairs nicely with VeilKing oskill shield roll. Easy 200k life tank with good slow. It's very nice to get blink CD down to like 2 seconds. You'll use it constantly, and it stuns. Even after i leveled it up i can`t get how assassin`s [Anathema] works. 1) -20% Elemental Damage to nearby enemies. Is it like aura? Or doese it place a debuff, when i cast? It has no visual effect. How close is "nearby" like an attack distance? 2) Enhanced Weapon Damege -150%. Whoes weapo...
