How'd you get three wormholes in your inventory?

Bug: With the Arcana variant of the Dimensional Key & the Trial of Purity, I'm sure I cubed it with every rare miniboss drop. It gave me the usual stat boosts as well as +1 to light radius of all things. The purity trial shows up as incomplete and I'm unable to unlock the Deimoss hard mode trial...

Anyone figure out how many eyes are needed to upgrade the charm? The beholder boss drops three eyes, which don't do anything when cubed with the complete charm.

I'd still like to know why the lower right nest in Deimoss' room spawns nothing when purified

Anyone else having problems with Deimoss? The lower right nest doesn't spawn anything when purified... should be a shrine. Few attempts yield the same result. Other nests spawn what they're supposed to.

Been toying around with creepy crafts... at what point should T4's be replaced? Least in regards to the T4 fanged helm. Even with a decent rolled creepy craft helm there's a noticeable drop in damage/AR
(Already have over 1mil defence buffed, I'm guessing that's enough)

So how does one make the most of the "Enhanced Damage" modifier? Got a T4 Labrys w/ 159% ED I'd like to buff up. Between runes, MO's and lucky bonus. Pretty sure Enhanced Damage has a cap, can't remember what.

Also what's the difference between Enhanced Damage and enhanced weapon damage?

Trying to figure out what to do with the complete Star Chart. Have that, the key and all four fragments. Cubing everything didn't do anything, got any hints/suggestions?
