Since Necro Summoner Set has +2 to Max Necro Minions (+1 Setbonus an +1 from armor eventually), you tell me it's possible to summon 3 Golems & 3 Veil Kings at once?!? Sounds pretty OP imo, no?

Regarding vengeful power, i don't know tbh. I can only assume, it means a chance to put attacking mobs into hit animation to "stagger" / interrupt them.
