Nope - all of the modifiers are in effect, the green is just the new one for that tier. T1 starts with a bunch of modifiers because it used to be T6 before the first five were removed. When I transmute a charged riftstone I see various modifiers with one highlighted in green - am I right in assuming that's the only modifier that will be in effect? And what is Dimensional Tear? How do you kill the Pride miniboss in The Void? I can't seem to kill it, it just stays at what I'm guessing is 1hp. I'm attacking the monsters whilst near him and it got him down to that point but then he's basically invincible.

Some guides I've seen says that you can have more than one trophy for the sleep charm? (Unless I'm reading it wrong)

How do you add another trophy to it?

For the stormcall relic the orange text says there is a 1% chance to trigger stormcall on hit. Is that a typo? Does it mean I have a 1% chance of chaining stormcalls? If the latter, does the second stormcall also have a chance to cast Askari Lightning? Also how effective is 'X Damage reduced by Y'? ...
