does such a charm exist? and if yes what do i have to kill to get it?

depending on what is better for your char

either a runeword in a grey item or a tiered unique (you can upgrade tiered uniques with an arcane shard, but make sure you meed the requirements for the lvl4 tiered unique).

im having trouble with my sommoner Nec with Kingom of Shadow and Eye of Destruction (Baal).
so im thinking of starting a new char thats better in bosskilling, like super tanky and single tarkeg damage.
you guys have any recommendations?

5s respawn and lifestealer won't prevent you from corpse-running bosses... The only option I could think of that could achieve the same effect without the lockout, would maybe be letting certain bosses regain 100% health the instant the player leaves the room this would be the best imho, the bosses...

It is time for you to upgrade to a sacred honorific throwing spear. Maiden javelin works too, but isn't as good until higher dexterity. Put "Throwing Spear" sacred magic rare on your d2stats filter, roll some honos until they get some decent %ED. Bless it with a Weird or Intimidating shri...
