Hi, I'm level 110, all t4 uniques. Where do I farm the set I need for end game ?

Hi,I'm level 62,act II Terror.
Got all the early build tier 6 and can destroy all ennemies but I have -20 res....
Any suggestions ? Some ennemie 2 shot me cause of this.

You said that I should kill it in 1 or 2 sec. well it isn't the case at all.
