Re: Σ 1.0.0 Patch Notes

SHAMANIC TRANCE: no longer gives a bonus to mana regeneration. Mana cost growth of ancient spirit summons has been halved what does this mean? mana has been halved? If lvl 1 spirit cost 100 mana, lvl 2 cost 200 mana, now lvl 1 cost 100, lvl 2 cost 150. Basically this. Base cost stays the same, and ...

New a few questions

The only available resolutions are 800x600 (highest) and 640x480 (lowest) no other resolutions are currently available.
Once Sigma is released, I assume we'll have 1024x768, No other resolutions are available at this time for Median XL (at least none that I know of)

Re: Question about the potential for Median XL Sigma

Actually there are other mods that use assets from Baldur's gate etc. And there are mods that have a total menu overhaul and high-res as a standard setting like Le Royaume des Ombres. I expect Sigma will have a similar 'new feel' like that last mod I mentioned when it comes to a redesigned skin. Al...

close button

Wow ... Nice catch, I actually didn't notice that ... you made me rewatch ... eh, might be weird trying to close the INV/CharPage/SkillTree and other menus when they're up for a few days maybe a few weeks, I don't see why moving them up there was necessary, but considering I'm almost always using ho...

Nerf drop rates a little in next season?

Balancing Drops based on how many people are going to play, is like reducing drops because people can bot (in games, in general), makes no sense, and hurts the players more than it helps prevent flooding the market with items and "ruining the economy", when it's actually "Supply and D...

New Engine , is it possible to show damage numbers !? and unique infinite health and mana potions!?

Ya know ... instead of infinite potions, or getting what D3 and PoE are using right now in therms of Flasks/Infinite-Potions, why not just make the potions themselves stack? Like, have them stack to a high enough number that you wouldn't have to worry about and just replenish the stack in town every...

Re: drop filter problem

The drop filter does not hide any of those, and it is not configurable anyway. Actually, the drop filter can be configured by checking in the options "Drop filter only shows items that are notified" And changing Notifier to fit your needs, it is highly configurable, Default Drop Filter is...

How to set up GLIDE WRAPPER + Borderless window (pimp your mxl)

Sadly, enabling WGL_ARB_render_texture causes UI elements to flicker on AMD GPU, and it's the only option that enables Supersampling which is somewhat required to get it working, oh well, I guess I'll stick with Fullscreen.

PlugY and median xl

You know those quests that have no real benefit to completing? ... reward "Stash Tabs" for completing them. :D You're bathing in fortune? Buy some stash tabs from gheed (exponential increase in price to the point even max stash gold and character gold can't buy an extra one) ... Or ... or ...

Re: Median XL 2017

That and the fact that math with small numbers is somewhat slightly easier than math with big numbers, not sure how much it would impact performance but it sure has to be a bonus considering memory mapping. For a computer the cost of math on small numbers is identical to large numbers assuming the ...
