I just hope belladonas elixirs arent incredibly rare and are somewhat farmable. I enjoy respeccing and have a habit of fucking up while allocating stat points and dont want bad habits to fuck me over and essentially brick a character because I have no respecs. Other than that patch looks amazing

I've never been around for a new patch/version/ladder reset so im curious how it works. Is there a release date announcement then patch notes then release? Does it all just come out at once when its ready? Its almost May so im just wondering how it will happen.
