Path of Flames & Whirlpool backed by a healthy amount of crushing blow melts them fairly easy

When playing a build that uses tremor - i would say plenty

It all depends on your attack rating - if you have around 20 k (which is a decent base when starting on destruction) then visegrip or a creepy craft with stormblast is better.
