The lag issue is also present on my machine. If I run this with the game, there's a significant input lag that makes the game unplayable. It's around 1.5-2 seconds. EDIT 2(Solved): Turns out just a version issue. the d2se.zip file is outdated. Just replace the patch_d2.mpq with the one you get from 1.1.3 zip in you d2se mod folder. For the "Failed to Retrieve Process" error, launching PlugY in admin mode solved the issue but I still get Access Violation c00000whatever5 error when saving and exiting the game. :) Great work and a big thanks by the way guys! Slainte to all the people who were kids when they played Diab...
