Hmm, snake stance throw barb looks like an interesting starter, needs not a lot of gear to get going but i'm it will cap out midway and will be very expensive to push through as your only way of scaling damage is +skills (so you will need loads of xod runes/suicide notes/atomus jewels).

The gear is very far from being optimized, it is basically leftover of scapped character, not minmaxed in any way. I just linked it as base idea of scaling through massive EWD to get more tectonic procs.
