If you use Nagi, yes. But it is not Gale Force area, only innate Nagi AOE. Check docs to see how big is.

Sorry I still don't get it... If I stand still and cast nova twice, then damage instance will be applied once? Does that mean it's difference with other skills? For example lightning nova, my damage is 5k, if I cast twice when standing still, I deal 10k. It simply means Frigid Nova hits at most eve...

Is there a minimum lab lvl where star charts and frags can drop?I killed phoboss bajillion times in lab6, but still didnt drop his chart/drag.

As someone who played almost all classes/specs, New bloodzone for me. Wont have much time next month or 2 so probably SP only, not looking at forums or guides, just to see how far my common sense/luck will get me in game.
