NO way, im having that build and couldnt defeat thor balos, not even a scratch, tried everything, maxed colloseum, he just regen too fast.
You have to switch to tantrum bow, dont know if anyone defeated him without tantrum

Sadly i never finished it by one char but sin can do it with respecing

Thanks cowking :). New question/problem: Valthek (Yshari Sanctum) doesn't spawn godsmen. Is there any way to fix that? I got both sets equiped but can't use the spells because there are no godsmen spawned. Valthek only casts his fire, lightning and blink spells... Summon some edyrems near valthek, ...
