Hmm, it bothers me how small she is. Maybe that's no problem when you play but I guess the game would feel better if chars and monsters are bigger. Time will tell.

Marco's right, the background needs to be less saturated since the farther you are away from something, the less saturated the colors are.

What about adding a solid overlay (maybe at 10% transparency) on top of the original image, but beneath the cloud layer? Or even just lessen the contrast? IDK how it would affect the colors overall, but it would give the background some atmospheric perspective to further enhance the illusion of being at the mountain's summit.

Overall, this is looking amazing and I can't wait to see it in-game.
