King Koth problem

Hi! First of all, I just logged in and I'm not sure where in the forum I should ask about my problem, if it's not here, excuse me.
I'm having trouble doing the Trial of Contrition (Black Road Challenge),because King Koth does not appear anywhere on Aerrat Summit.
I have looked at the guide and I don´t know if I´m failing in something. In Destruction difficulty I got the Dark Portal in Act 2 (apparently only drops in that difficulty), then I change to Terror difficulty and after killing Talic I open the Dark Portal in less than 30 seconds, I enter the portal and kill to all Bear Shamans but King Koth is not there.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

You need the dark portal skill. Kill summoner in destruction, he drops a dark tome, cube this with your class charm and you get the skill. Go kill terror ancients and you'll get a little red thing on your char. Cast dark portal then
