eth items can't be the result of a cube product. Putting mystic orbs on an item would thus make the item non-eth. That's why it's completely disabled in order to savor the eth modifier.

I thought it was disabled because eth glitch. If you played cLod and did the ethbug, imagine doing it - but for every MO applied. Eth weapons would easily have have stupid amounts of damage for example.
