Fragment ?
I am getting these fragments but can't find any info about them. ! included a pic of them, there are 2 different ones. One is blue and says tier 1 and the other is kiind of silver or gold and blue and says tier 2 (i combined 3 plain blue ones it it gave me a tier 2 (gem ?).
