barb merc is useless piece of shit, he does one aa and then stands still for two seconds, really annoying and makes him unviable.

It was supposed to create the hype for you to go back to AM. I use act 2 merc all the time. He is not very tanky in general, but i adapt the gameplay with him and overall its like having and extra source of high poison damage by your side.

What stats should i prioritise for a2 merc? Posion spell dmg and pierce?

On weapon xx-xx poison over time - try to get as max as possible. It gets better with lvls. Also there is rw for that, so keep and eye on dagger base with poison.
Belt - also can get add on with poison over time dmg. For example one of the set belts has good values.
Rings, amulet - max resists, resists based on char level.
Shield - block and atacker takes xx damages.
Rest of gear - best you can get.

p.s.: update on Hell walkthrough - Hell Diablo boss has this nasty habit of constantly casting iron maiden. The curse lasts forever and boss heals fast. So currently i am farming act 4 when bored. Modder is not responding in other forum, no idea about patch timing/updates.

He just taking a break and waiting for Dreamland. Kingpin got some motivation back and started to fix Dreamland.

So theres a chance AM is going to be hosted on D2L realm?
