D2SE compatiblity and windows xp compatibility ?

Sigma wont have D2SE compatibility either iirc, why is this a problem for people I will never understand it.

It was simple Y/N question, not sure why you giving not related imaginary stuff about sigma. Anyways:
D2SE - i have over 25 mods installed, how you suggest to do that without D2SE ? Install game 20 times ? Over write files of specific mod when i decide to play it ?
Windows xp because current laptop is old. I am saving money for silly tattoos, well you should understand.

Because it's useless to keep asking for it when it's been answered before. Apperantly a "no" isn't enough so I had to elaborate.
There is no excuse for using windows xp in 2017. Unless you have some sort of mental attachment to windows xp. Which would be worrying.
