Im planning to try out this mod soon, can you give me small overview about lvling and good starting builds. Also, how hc viable this mod is? What does endgame look like?

Good starters that I can think of rn:

Summoner necro, warcry barb/ww barb (warcry is cheaper), bowazon, rabies druid/elemental druid, trapsin, cold sorc?, veng paladin?
There are probs more and most builds are gonna work, atleast for the lvling.

Acts are easy (except for normal fallen shamans and some other ele dmg sources dealing wayy too much dmg) and you lvl fast. You can also do normal/nm easy ubers for more exp and sets/uniques but generally you want to go to hell and start farming pits/plaguelands for sets/uniques and good rares (you can get +3sk teleport rare armors) as quick as you can.
Lvling to 90 is quick, and to lvl over 90 you join a special uber lvl ''inferno cows'' that gives loads of exp.

HC friendliness is... eh?
Early on theres nothing too dangerous but even mid game ubers have oneshots that are mostly unavoidable unless you stay out of range (kaluut acid rain, worldstone andy acid rain) and some oneshot skills or just insane amounts of dmg (shadow bolt spam, shower of rocks, lower res/conviction with hard hitting skills). HC is viable but midgame is gonna get tough and while there are some HC players, as always they're rare af and most just stop when they finish lvling.

The endgame uber is Crucible, which is a multi stage uber that has bosses each 5 lvls that drop endgame equips, with the last boss at lvl 20 that has yet to be killed this ladder I think.
There are also the ''puzzle box bosses'' that come from random drops (one boss comes from puzzle boxes from the 4 bosses at dreamlands which you access from Trist, 2 of them are global drops and the other 3 come from Diablo, duriel and baal, with the enhanced version of those bosses dropping the mark more often), which all drop endgame gear too.

Welp this got a bit long, if you have more questions, esp about builds (cuz I just start summoner nec and then twink the rest of chars, so other than trapsin and warcry barb I don't know very well which builds are good starters), you can ask them in anni forums so that someone who is not a total scrub like me can answer.

I mean, I only consider plaguelands/LK, pits, swampy pit, cow lvl, torch and trist as early game. Tough Dreamlands could be considered earlygame too.
