I made some more shrines and have 16 hearts now. I found most shrines rather easy, but some really required a brain.
I also saved 3 titans and thus I already did most of the storywise content. I'm a little disappointed since in oder to unlock the titans you always have a target practice first. Those are mostly fun though since you're always moving. Especially the one at the wind titan was really fun.
The dungeons themselves are much harder than the shrines. They are not impossible, but you really have to sit back and think about what to do.
Concerning the bosses of those 3 dungeons... meh rather weak. I killed all on my first try.
BUT
I finished the 4th dungeon as well concerning the puzzles, but I can't kill that boss. It's so ridiculous. That boss has an electric charge at some point of the fight and once you're hit once, your shield and sword drop on the floor, you are stunned and drop to the floor as well (oh that hit takes 5 hearts btw) and then just as you get up, he's next to you again and hits you again without you being able to do anything at all against that. You're basically stunlocked and can't pick up your weapons anymore.
Seriously that fight is ridiculous.
Anyway, the rewards for the first 3 bosses were really really nice. You get really good stuff, legendary items and buffs in general. I really liked those.
Another thing I'm kinda disappointed about is: In the entire story, there is nothing ganondorf himself does in order to make you hate him. I mean, sure... he destroyed hyrule, but it never gets personal. Imo, that's one major flaw which the other zelda games didn't have to that extent. For example in the wind waker, you get to the bastion first, and then you see his chin and he lets his bird throw you far away into the ocean. He didn't even want to dirty his hands and finish you off! That is an insult to the player! But in Breath of the wild there's nothing like that so far. He's just some crazy dark purple smoke around a castle.
Instead you get to listen to Zelda's emo phase when you're collecting your memories. Another thing that never really happened in the other games. The focus is set on Zelda this time instead of Ganon, and I can't say I like it.
Something I don't know what to think about: Whenever you get to one of the titans, you will at some point lose the ability to travel by horse. That's most of the time necessary though. For example in on those travels to the titan, you have to kill lots of enemies that drop arrows. And you really need those arrows in fights against the titan. So you're getting prepared by doing this. What I do like though is that you can buy a new set of armors in those regions where the titans live. Some are gay, some are strong, but all are necessary if you don't want to keep cooking forever.
What I still love are the traits of the characters and how every npc seems to be alive (except ganon) and I really enjoy that.
And the most OP items you can get are monster masks! Seriously. I got those right after finishing the first titan, traveled to the 2nd titan afterwards and used those monster masks to camouflage myself. That way, for example moblins will think you're one of them, and they just stand around you, sniffing at you and that's really funny. Then you can drop some meat, they all walk to 1 spot, and then you can swing your hammer and kill them off easily. I even killed 3 of the strongest moblin types that way with basically 1 swing. It's really worth visiting the monster shop because those masks make the game much easier.
Oh btw I also got the master sword already. It's strong, but it depletes very quickly and then it has to charge in order to be used again. So basically just like every weapon, but instead it's not lost forever.
I first thought it's bad that you can only have 1 save. But that's actually not a problem. Just create a new used and you can have 2 saves. I let a friend of mine play for an hour and he died the first 3 times exactly the same way I did
kinda funny to see I'm not the only idiot around
Anyway, after he stopped, he just said: "Fuck you, now i have to get a switch!" xD
I'm still enjoying the game even though I spend approximately 50-70 hours into the game. Simply because there's so much to see, so much to do. And I don't even go for kroks seeds and the memories. I basically only focus on shrines and dungeons for now.
