it's overpowered asf for this particular reason. An equivalent of godlike POE craft that is worthy of using Mirror of Kalandra on it.
I might take it out of docs though, to not bring any expectations for players if this item has national lottery jackpot odds of dropping. Fits for a secret item perfectly.
But whats the point OP or not, if it NEVER drops? Please dont remove from stats, and please figure out a way that 1 or 2 or so can actually be found each league, otherwise its a pointless item, if NO ONE ever gets to have one.

Well, no one got it that ladder but this one can be different. It may drop more than once that's for sure.
