Pandemonium
. Okay, I know it's outdated, but it seems like that typo has been there for ages :)

@stealth: thanks, but yeah that page is ages old, it won't be updated, and it's full of mistakes since skills were updated/removed/added. when we get around to it, it will be remade from scratch with MXLDB and some humans that will add/check descriptions.

@chuck: I guess it's rising dawn. dunno, too lazy to dig trough mxldb for it atm, but I'm pretty sure.

Dajjal
has +(5 to 5) life on Striking. The docs have this display as well. Intended? Simple +5 LoS would be better, imo. It used to be +(1 to 3) Life on Striking in 2012 version, probably these numbers were just substituted to 5 without paying attention. :)

for the barbarian shaman set docs say that with 4 set items you get "150% ED and +2 max minions " . ingame with 4 set items equiped you get "150% ED and 100% minion damage" (that's much better :D )

Noticed a fair bit of logic/grammatical errors on the uberlevels page and ended up doing some proofreading on the Ultimative uberquests to have them flow better with the Laz uberquests. The biggest changes were moving everything to present tense, as well as revisions for clarity for newer players curious about uberlevels. There's bound to be shit I missed, though :)

Unformed:

Location
Sewers Level 1 (Act 3: Kurast Bazaar & Upper Kurast)

Once you enter Unformed Land Level 2, you cannot go back through the stairs.

Lore
The Unformed Land (or Mbwiru Eikura) is the spirit realm that, through rituals, only Umbaru Witch Doctors can view. According to their beliefs, the mortal realm is only a veiled reality: to the Umbaru, the true world is the Unformed Land. They have tribal wars in which they take human sacrifices fallen in battle to be sacrificed to their gods and contributed to the greater life force that flows from the gods that inhabit the Unformed Land to the lesser physical realm that the mortals inhabit.

Enemies
Besides the gods, the Unformed Land is inhabited by other creatures. The first level is full of ancient elementals that have a ranged attack that does damage in their element. Eventually they come to melee range. Stay away from any big clearings or keep moving!

Boss
The entrance to the second level is guarded by witches. One you enter, you will see that it is infested with unkillable Ratfinks. There are also Goliath guards - these gigantic creatures curse you and deal heavy damage. Although their large health pools keep them from dying quickly, they are not a huge threat. They're merely guarding the area until you reach King Terul's throne room. After you follow one of the two corridors, you find a small spot where he is located. Terul was a servant of the mage Zorun Tzin. Terul was strong, but not overly intelligent. He is immune to poison and physical damage but despite his high regeneration killing him is fairly easy.

Secret Elemental Runes
On Destruction difficulty you come by the Elemental Stones and Unknown Skulls 1 by killing the elementals there. They all have the same chance to drop. You can cube them to get the Elemental Runes and Kabraxis' Stone rune.

Reward
Defeat Terul in the depths of the Unformed Land on Destruction difficulty to get the Trader's Chest charm (1/4 chance).

Warning! If you cube the Trader's Chest with a Mystic Shard when not at 50 gambles and/or if it has been reset before, you will lose them both.

Bonus quest
Terul is rarely far away from his master Zorun Tzin. If you are daring enough, you can try summoning him to test your might against this ancient and powerful mage...

Yshari:

Lore
Valthek, a powerful mage of the Vizjerei Brotherhood, has built a giant empire to reign for the rest of days. As well as being his own personal kingdom, the empire serves as a strong defense for anyone trying to steal his ancient Repositories of Knowledge that dare not be seen by mortals. Proud of his creation, he named his realm the Yshari Sanctum. This gigantic maze is split in several stages with different powerful creatures. This subterranean dimension is guarded by the Prime Evils; You will need to face each one of them before you can destroy the Seal of the Gods where Valthek is being protected. Destruction of the Seal of the Gods will keep the Ancient Repositories safe. Accessing the Repositories will reward any warrior greatly by enchanting his abilities.

Enemies
There are numerous powerful monsters throughout the maze that will test your battle prowess - not to mention how fast you can run. You must be well versed in various deadly arts and possess many damage types to even think of venturing far into the sanctum.

Boss
Each stage has a special boss, protected by several smaller minibosses that also appear on the specific stage. Each miniboss is located in special 'boss areas' hidden in the maze. Each boss has a chance to drop a set piece of the Brotherhood of the Vizjerei. Their fellow guardians also have a chance to drop set parts of the Horadrim set. You need to obtain the 5 set pieces of each boss and the 5 set pieces of their guardians to be able to fight the last boss, Valthek. Each boss and minion has a chance to drop their own set piece. While wearing the two sets simultaneously, you are granted new very powerful skills which are required to defeat Valthek.

Reward
Defeat Valthek the Vizjerei Sorcerer on Destruction difficulty to get the Ancient Repositories.

Hive:

Lore
Travelers say that humongous insect monsters infused with ancient magic lie in an underground hive. The folklore claims they're drawn by the small oasis in the desert located nearby. It is said that at the end of the hive, a terrible magical abomination has made its nest...

Enemies
On the first level, there are two types of monsters. Sand Maggot Eggs will spawn untargetable Ghost Worms and will use a deadly poison attack, while the Eggs will prevent you from healing. Essentially, run like crazy and max your poison resist because you cannot use potions!
The second level features no untargetable worms. You will be fighting Mothers, Eggs, Young Worms and Snakes. Once again, defense and poison resistances are essential. Without quick kill speed, the worms will rapidly reproduce and eventually overwhelm you.
The third level is a headache. It has a mix of all the previous mentioned monsters except for the ones that don't let you heal. This is like level 2, but Ghost Worms are ever-present, meaning you need both rapid kill speed and crushing defense. Before fighting the boss, you might want to lure those Ghost Worms away so they don't bother you much.

Boss
Brachyceran uses ranged attacks and magic. He has five different attacks:
- A nova of barrels that explode on impact dealing high fire damage.
- A flaming orb attack with red punishers dealing fire damage. At close range it can one-shot you and is cast on a timer.
- Poison seeds that leave behind clouds of poison
- Six Lorenados shot at once, dealing poison damage
At points in the fight he will turn you into a young worm. As a worm, your max fire resist and movement speed are both severely lowered, making you highly vulnerable to the Barrel Nova or Flaming Orb Your transformation lasts 2 seconds and happens at regular intervals.

Reward
Defeat Brachyceran on Destruction difficulty to get Brachyceran's Token charm and a Cursed Crystal.

The Cursed Crystal is needed as a reagent for a powerful recipe.

Im not 100% sure on this but i tried getting the a1 veteran token.

And the Doc says: Clawstorm Terror: starting from The Barracks and till Catacombs Level 3

So i tried finding then in Catacombs Level 1-3 and found non after 12 clears or so.
After searching the forum i found people telling its "Act 1: Clawstorm Terror - Barracks, Jail Level 1-3"
Like in this post:

So after that i tried Jail and found it on the first try.
So here are more thenarios possible:
1. Clawstorm Terror should be in Catacoms level 1-3
1a. I was unlucky with my Catacomb runs
1b. Its a bug and they dont spawn there
2. Clawstorm Terror should only appear in Baracks - Jail Level 3 and the Docu is therefor wrong
