This guy, KENTRIL DUMON, killed my over 9000 life assassin with one shot in range in hardcore during s22. Really high damage! So I always wait his superbeast off to kill him in s23. Really annoying.

I don't think Ways dmg works on Maelstrom anyway.

It's an over-all nerf to Mael sin because the dex bonus from Tiefling was pretty big.

sure the ways dmg works. played the ways/maelstrom hybrid sin this season and it already worked perfectly. will be stronger now even.

Might as well straight up delete psychic sin and move tiefling to throw.
No major revamp to that dead psychic build with paltry +damage% every patch.

Poison oriented barb seems nice though. As for oSkill Im keeping my fingers crossed for their viability.
