Why wouldn't you also overhaul spearzon? I'm not saying make it op.... just make it viable for endgame content.

Why? There's only so much time the team has to dedicate to the project, and with holidays coming up the patch would probably be in January if they had to delay for anything new.

And besides, spearzon will also get the HP buffs that zon as a whole is getting. Doesn't fix Great Hunt's jank projectile targeting but it might help.

Super hyped for the Java remake! 2.0 was a nice improvement to Java but it still feels lackluster for multiple reasons. Hopefully if the devs decide they want innate ele weapons/specs to be super late game specs/builds, they give Java the same treatment they gave Bowa in 2.0, giving it access to free innate ele damage and tri pierce. Here's hoping they also remove the defense penalty of Ecstatic Frenzy. It's horribly outdated and serves no real function anymore since other specs have received very similar, if not better buffs with zero downsides.

Their manpower is limited, im sure they have plans for it, just not enough time to make it happen.

*It's time to celebrate the launch of a new beta with a fresh leek! Quality of Life is always on our priority list, especially when it comes to the Summoner and Melee archetypes in the game. On this occasion, mana is no longer drained in town, allowing you to quickly and efficiently get your army running without relying on an NPC. We've heard enough stories about the Sisterhood now, Akara.

*A lot of people have requested over the years to modify how Batstrike works. There was no clear answer on how to split the skill while retaining a tactical element, especially when it came to the many limitations/hardcoding of progressive skills in D2. Until now. As we continue to work and expand on the sigma core, new and fancier features become available. So here it is: Batstrike 2.0!

- No longer requires to charge-up, added 1 second cooldown
- Will now spawn a Shock Nova dealing weapon damage, great for full-screen poisoning and slow (previously charge 1)
- If used after Blink - it will ambush enemies with a pack of powerful familiars (previously charge 2)
- If used while there's an active Vampiric Icon on screen, it will unleash a deadly Coup De Grace (previously charge 3)

Therefore, desync issues, figuring out your active charge, or using normal attack are no longer needed! Check the video to see how smooth it is :D Would you like to see more dynamic skills in the future?

Why you ask? ...Because iI think spearzon could be super fun if it was viable! But I totally get what you are saying. I appreciate all the hard work the devs put in and I realize theres limited manpower.

I haven't encountered item corruption bug since updating, but SP and TCP/IP are still very unstable. The game regularly crashes when trying to open the skill tree, selecting a waypoint, entering baal's chamber, and on the level 50 challenge. It also becomes WAY more unstable when playing summoner characters

move your d2 install folder out of program files. had the same issue and that fixed it :D
