Quick-Cast Hotkeys
Further gameplay modernization affecting all builds
One of the most requested features has finally made it into the game: quick-cast hotkeys! This feature reduces a lot of unnecessary button pressing, reducing the strain of playing skill-intensive (piano) builds, and even the less intensive ones.
- Characters now have 4 quick-cast hotkeys
- They allow using skills without having to switch into them. Or even click - just press the QC hotkey and the skill will be cast at your cursor location, without modifying your selected secondary skill
- All skills can be used with quick-cast
- There are still 12 skills used as regular hotkeys, the total remains the same (16 saved skills)
- Added support for mouse side buttons and wheel in the settings confg

New Endgame Boss
A new challenger arises in the Heart of Darkness
- The culmination of the storyline started in Median 2017 with Samael, and continued in Sigma with the Dimensional Labyrinth
- The heart of the great dragon Tathamet gave birth to a realm separate from the Burning Hells
- After defeating its commanders, enter the Heart itself to put an end to the threat to Sanctuary once and for all
- Overcome the hardest boss battle in Median XL's history to receive outstanding rewards
- These include unique Relics which completely change how characters are played, for example gaining Superbeast with a Holy Paladin or having access to all three Amazon Ultimate skills

Blood Amazon
Reinvented the blood amazon, now properly using her own life to use spells
- Bloodlust is now a long-duration buff and no longer has a secondary effect with the Blood tree
- Blood Magic is a new passive making your spells cost life instead of mana, while also providing health regeneration
- Eldritch Storm is a new offensive spell used by the blood amazon to deal against large packs of enemies
- All of the active spells have optional upgrades, increasing the character power but adding more risk

And More!
- Added multiple new Sacred Uniques, some late-game Runewords, and many improvements to existing items
- New training dungeon available in act 1, used to test damage and gear scaling
- Revamped Fauztinville's minibosses, now essential for the synthesizing of a new catalyst enabling shrine-rerolling
- Buffs to mercenaries
