I really love what you did with the orb bordering but I would personally prefer the orbs themselves and the general GUI to be a little less vibrant and a little more gothic/dark.

This sucks man, same as only 100 on website list. It was best part of hardcore ladder to look on character names of lowbies at end of the list. Any reason behind that change? Yep Im not following dickord for news.

The ladder is meant to be a leaderboard, a list of the best players on the server. Not a list of every characters on the realm. Simple as that.

Alright Im ready to accept that fact for server lobby, but whats the problem with thousand list on website, it can be even updated once per day with server restart so no stress for stability if that was ever a problem.

Also Ladder button will be removed from Player Profile in lobby then?

Lobby is suffering with older problem like too short games description which should be minimum twice as long as atm to cover space for human-like sentence.

If that Ladder50 list is only aesthetic change then maybe do some poll: old 1000 vs new 50. I would definitely drop a vote.

i only ever really use the leaderboard to see people going past 121 or how hc players are doing (i.e. what's least played class on hc, how many successful 120's are there, etc), so it makes no difference to me for sc leaders, but hc is a bit more valuable.

While I do personally prefer the vanilla D2 statues near the orbs for better visual clarity (not overlapping) and overall style (less cartoony, same goes for the too bright and plain-colored bosses health bars) I think it's an exaggeration to define it as crappy... it's just another style, maybe Sigma will be more bright and less gritty/gothic in atmosphere, maybe it fits better than supposed with gameplay at hands.
