why isnt broadside cooldown affix is gold / orange? sound unique / legendary enough.

Yea maybe, but I considered Lacerator something like unavoidable double bladed weapon of battlefield frontline to cause deadly wounds to enemies and both classic D2 and current MXL2017 Lacerator versions had affixes which suits that vision:
33% Chance To Cast Level 3 Amplify Damage On Striking
Hit Causes Monster To Flee 50%
33% Chance of Open Wounds
Prevent Monster Heal

10% Ctc lvl 21 Overkill on Kill
Ignore Target's Defense


So in my opinion Lacerator item name should be left alone for better times and SU which suchbalance introduced should get other proper name, maybe someone will bring here some good ideas on that one. Ill start with Bullpeetor 8-).

Orange affixes are more "one of a kind". The "Skill X cooldown reduced by Y" is a more common stat, present on a good number of items/charms.

wait a minute... does the decrease in broadside cooldown also apply if the item is equipped on switch? Or does it decrease the cooldown when you switch to the weapon? Cause last I checked Broadside was limited to throwing knives
