The problem isn't spending time in a game, the problem is how the time is spent. I enjoy killing monsters, I don't enjoy sitting in town clicking NPCs. Pretty basic concept.

Then play singleplayer, give yourself max gear + levels etc and just go ham in TA. Not really the point of median but well, there's that.
