Compare this fact to the situation with POE currently, GGG are working on sorting out POE2 ATM to the point they are not even doing 3 month leagues right now in POE1 and not even patching POE2 within nearly 3 months of early access release either. And they are a HUGE studio with nearly or more than 100 employees at this point. While Median is and always has been managed by a very small but very focused and competent team that always tries to put quality and content first before patches on a set timeline.
Patience my friend, Patience. \m/
I think it is completely inappropriate to mention POE. The shortness of the seasons is one of the important features of the Median XL gameplay. The majority of players, including me, come for 100-400 hours of play per season. Of course, it is interesting to play each time with a larger content base, but if it brings such sacrifices as waiting for the season for at least half a year now, it is not very expedient. In general, it would be better to make short seasons like before
exactally, dont mention POE median xl is wayyyyy better and more fun, infact, everytime i play these new arpgs, i just think back to my experience in fautz, tran anthula, and spamming with bow druid little spike, or harbinger dru spamming crows trying to survive. i honestly cant wait to see what they have in store for us, no arpg will come close to the addictive fun of median, and im glad these guys are still cooking on it.
You cant really believe this is better than POE...
